Patel Retail Board Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results

Patel Retail Limited's Board of Directors met on August 12, 2026, to approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board also approved the Board's Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the Notice of the 19th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 23, 2026, was approved, along with the appointment of a scrutinizer for e-voting.
