Patel Retail Limited conducted its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 23, 2026, via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. The meeting was held in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI LODR Regulations, and MCA/SEBI circulars. Key management personnel, including the Chairman & Managing Director, Whole-time Director, Independent Directors, COO, CEO, and CFO, along with the Company Secretary, were present.
