Patels Airtemp: Promoter Inter-se Share Transfer of 1.27%

Sanjivkumar N. Patel and Shivang P. Patel, promoters of Patels Airtemp (India) Ltd., have acquired 34,721 equity shares each from Shiv Fintrade LLP, also part of the promoter group. This off-market transaction, totaling 69,442 shares (1.27% of share capital), is an inter-se transfer within the promoter group. The aggregate holding of the promoters and promoter group remains unchanged before and after this transaction.
