Paul Merchants Ltd: Ritesh Vaid Re-appointed Director & Whole-Time Director

Paul Merchants Limited announced at its 42nd Annual General Meeting held on September 18, 2026, the approval of two key resolutions concerning Mr. Ritesh Vaid. Firstly, he was re-appointed as a Director liable to retire by rotation. Secondly, he was re-appointed as Designated Whole-Time Director for a term of five years, commencing October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2031. His remuneration for the period October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2029, was also approved, falling within the range of ₹30.00 Lakhs to ₹50.00 Lakhs annually. Mr. Vaid has been with the company since 2008 and holds an MBA with approximately 24 years of professional experience.
