Pavna Industries Inks Agreement with OLA Electric to Supply Ignition Switches and Latches for EVs

Pavna Industries Limited, an India-based automotive parts manufacturer, has announced a partnership with OLA Electric to supply ignition switches and latches for their electric vehicles (EVs). This deal further consolidates Pavna's presence in the two-wheeler EV segment. Under the agreement, Pavna commits to providing high-quality components to OLA Electric across their manufacturing plants in India. OLA Electric, India's largest electric two-wheeler manufacturer, has been instrumental in driving EV adoption and penetration in India. With India's push towards net zero emissions and the introduction of the Electric Mobility Promotion Scheme 2024, Pavna plans to expand its product range in the EV segment and launch new offerings such as motors and motor controllers.
