Pavna Industries Ltd Incorporates Joint Venture Subsidiary 'PAVNA SMC PRIVATE LIMITED'

Pavna Industries Ltd has incorporated a new joint venture subsidiary named 'PAVNA SMC PRIVATE LIMITED' in collaboration with Smartchip Microelectronics Cor. The new company, registered under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, will undertake the business of making electronic components for various industries, including automobile, residential/commercial, aero, and medical. The joint venture company has an authorized share capital and paid-up share capital of Rs 5,00,000 (Rupees five lakh only). Pavna Industries Ltd has acquired 80% of the shares, while Smartchip Microelectronics Cor has acquired 20% of the shares, with a face value of Rs 10 (Rupees Ten Only) per share. The new subsidiary was incorporated on November 05, 2025, in India.
