PB Fintech Approves MyLoancare Acquisition, ₹11 Cr Investment

PB Fintech Limited's M&A and Investment Committee has approved the acquisition of the remaining 20% equity stake in its subsidiary, MyLoancare Ventures Private Limited, to make it a wholly-owned subsidiary. The committee also authorized investments of up to ₹10 crore in PB Wheels Private Limited and ₹1 crore in PB Financial Account Aggregator Private Limited. The MyLoancare acquisition is subject to final valuation, agreement terms, and regulatory approvals, with an expected completion by March 31, 2027. MyLoancare is an NBFC with FY26 net worth of ₹22.86 crore and turnover of ₹81.87 lakh.
