HDFC Mutual Fund has disclosed its aggregate holdings in PB Fintech Limited, reaching 5.02% of the company's paid-up equity share capital as of July 14, 2026. This disclosure is made in accordance with Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The acquisition involved 2,30,77,520 shares, representing 4.99% of the total share capital, acquired through open market transactions. The total holding, including other instruments, amounts to 5.02% of the diluted share capital.
