PB Global Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Designated Persons Until 48 Hours After FY2025-2026 Audited Financial Results

PB Global Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company for all Designated Persons and their Immediate relatives. The closure will be effective from April 1, 2026, and will end 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the year ending on 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting for consideration and approval of audited financial results for the year ending 31st March, 2026, will be intimated in due course.
