PB Global Ltd Appoints Mr. Ganesh Yangandul Dattatry as Additional Director

PB Global Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Ganesh Yangandul Dattatry as an Additional Director (Non-Executive & Non-Independent) to the Board of the Company. The appointment was approved at the Board meeting held on February 14, 2026, and will be effective from the same date until the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Mr. Dattatry brings with him 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and management. This appointment is in accordance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A Para A (7) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
