PB Global Ltd Board Meeting on Sep 5 to Approve FY26 Report

PB Global Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on September 5, 2026. The meeting agenda includes the consideration and approval of the Board Report for FY 2025-26, re-appointment of the Statutory Auditor for FY 2026-27, and fixing the date for the Annual General Meeting (AGM), along with approving the AGM notice and Annual Report.
