PBM Polytex Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window from 01st April 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2026. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct. The closure is due to the finalization of unaudited accounts for the quarter ended on 31st March, 2026.
