PC Jeweller Appoints New Director, Reconstitutes Committees

PC Jeweller Ltd announced changes in its board and senior management following a board meeting on September 30, 2026. Shri Soumil Garg has been appointed as an Additional Director and Whole-time Director, effective October 1, 2026, subject to member approval. The company also accepted the resignation of Shri Ramesh Kumar Sharma as Director and Whole-time Director. Several committees, including the Stakeholders Relationship Committee, Risk Management Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, and Management & Finance Committee, have been reconstituted. Shri Vishan Deo has been appointed as Nodal Officer. Additionally, Shri Kumar Deoratan Singh was appointed Chief Technical Officer, Ms. Pawandeep Kaur as President (Business Development), and resignations of Shri Vivek Jain (Chief Information Officer) and Shri Kuldeep Singh (President - Accounts) were accepted, all effective October 1, 2026.
