
PC Jeweller Q1FY27 Revenue Up 21% to ₹877 Cr; Profit Surges
PC Jeweller Ltd reported a robust operational performance for Q1FY27, with consolidated revenues increasing by 21% year-on-year to ₹877 crores. Gross Profit saw an 81% jump to ₹260 crores, Operating EBITDA rose 90% to ₹242 crores, and Operating PBT increased by 176% to ₹223 crores. Consolidated Operating PAT grew by 168% to ₹213 crores. The company has made significant progress in deleveraging, repaying debt to 7 out of 14 consortium banks and discharging over 96% of the debt for the remaining banks, aiming for a debt-free status this quarter. A preferential issue of warrants raised ₹2,702.11 crores, with 93% proceeds realized. The company also approved raising up to ₹1,000 crore via QIP in July 2026. A step-down subsidiary secured a gold mining license in Chad, and MoUs were signed for franchisee showrooms.
