PCS Technology Board Meeting on Aug 12 to Approve Q1 FY27 Results

PCS Technology Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 12, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for both standalone and consolidated operations for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. In line with SEBI regulations, the company has also stated that the trading window for its securities will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results to the stock exchanges, to prevent insider trading.
