Pearl Green Clubs Board Approves Auditor, Director Changes

Pearl Green Clubs and Resorts Limited announced significant changes following its board meeting on June 5, 2026. The board accepted the resignation of statutory auditors M/s. Rawka & Associates and approved the appointment of M/s. Hiral Prajapati & Co LLP as their replacement, pending shareholder approval. Additionally, the board approved the appointment of Mr. Parth Hasmukhbhai Patel as an Additional Director (Independent Category) and noted the resignation of Mr. Pankaj Ganpati Yadav from the position of Independent Director. The resignation of M/s JCA & Co., Practising Company Secretaries, as Secretarial Auditor was also accepted.
