Pecos Hotels and Pubs Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

Pecos Hotels and Pubs Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the shares of the company. The closure will be in effect from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial results for the half year and year ending on March 31, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's code of conduct. The trading window closure applies to all Insiders/ Designated persons and their immediate relatives.
