Pecos Hotels and Pubs Ltd Holds 21st AGM, Passes Ordinary and Special Resolutions

Pecos Hotels and Pubs Ltd conducted its 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 25, 2026. During the meeting, members passed ordinary resolutions to adopt the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, declare a final dividend of Rs. 4 per equity share, and re-appoint Mr. Liam Norman Timms as a director. Special resolutions were also approved for the remuneration of Mr. Liam Norman Timms and Mr. Pradosh Dhanraj, both Whole Time Directors. The AGM was held physically at the company's corporate office in Bangalore.
