The company's revenue from operations stands at 487.25 lakhs for Q2 and 1,051.27 lakhs for H1. The total revenue for Q2 is 564.02 lakhs and for H1 is 2,355.32 lakhs. The company's profit before tax for Q2 is 8.47 lakhs and for H1 is 8.20 lakhs. The Board has also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sandeep Peeti as Chairman and Managing Director and Mr. Rajesh Pitty as Whole-time Director, both effective from 1st January, 2026.
