Peeti Securities Ltd Announces Q2 and H1 Results for FY2025-26, Re-appoints Key Personnel

The company's revenue from operations stands at 487.25 lakhs for Q2 and 1,051.27 lakhs for H1. The total revenue for Q2 is 564.02 lakhs and for H1 is 2,355.32 lakhs. The company reported a profit before tax of 8.47 lakhs for Q2 and 8.20 lakhs for H1. The Board has also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sandeep Peeti as Chairman and Managing Director and Mr. Rajesh Pitty as Whole-time Director, both effective from 1st January, 2026.
