Pennar Industries Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on November 13, 2026. The primary agenda item is to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The meeting will also address any other business with the consent of the Chair and at least one Independent Director. Concurrently, the company has reminded stakeholders that the trading window for designated persons and their relatives remains closed until 48 hours after the financial results declaration, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
