Perfectpac Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Unaudited Financial Results

Perfectpac Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the purpose of announcement of unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending on December 31, 2025. The closure is in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and will affect all designated persons, including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees, and other connected persons. The trading window will remain closed from December 31, 2025, until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results. The date of the board meeting for the declaration of the financial results will be intimated in due course.
