Perfectpac Ltd Announces Q3 and Nine Months Results for 2025, Recognizing One-Time Increase in Provision of Employee Benefits

Perfectpac Ltd, a packaging company, announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company's revenue from operations was Rs. 2,93,503 lakhs for Q3 and Rs. 5,97,41 lakhs for the nine months period. The total income for the same periods was Rs. 3,00,208 lakhs and Rs. 6,18,08 lakhs respectively. The company's expenses for the quarter were Rs. 2,40,47 lakhs and Rs. 7,07,60 lakhs for the nine months period. The profit before exceptional items and tax for Q3 was Rs. 92.50 lakhs and Rs. 329.67 lakhs for the nine months period. The company recognized a one-time increase in provision of employee benefits of Rs. 12 lakhs as an 'Exceptional Item' in accordance with the new Labour Codes that came into effect from November 21, 2025. The government is in the process of notifying related Rules to the new Labour Codes, and the impact of these will be evaluated and accounted for in accordance with applicable accounting standards in the period in which they are notified.
