Permanent Magnets Ltd. has declared a final dividend of ₹2.20 per equity share (22% on the face value of ₹10 each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The dividend recommendation was made by the Board of Directors at their meeting on May 13, 2026, and is subject to the approval of the members at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
