Permanent Magnets Ltd has announced the schedule for its 65th Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held on Wednesday, August 05, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. through Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The company has set Tuesday, July 28, 2026, as the Record Date for determining shareholders' entitlement to dividend for FY 2025-26 and for voting/attending the AGM. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from July 29, 2026, to August 05, 2026. A remote e-voting facility will be available from August 01, 2026, to August 04, 2026. Any dividend approved at the AGM will be paid within the prescribed time post-conclusion of the meeting.
