Persistent Systems Acquires Aepona Group Limited for Euro 13.88 Million in Internal Restructuring

Persistent Systems Ltd has signed a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) to acquire 100% shareholding of Aepona Group Limited, Ireland, from Persistent Systems Inc., USA. This acquisition is a related party transaction at arm’s length and is expected to be completed by March 31, 2026. The total consideration for the acquisition is Euro 13,879,670. Aepona Group Limited is specialized in providing software development services and was incorporated in July 2000. The last three years turnover of Aepona Group Limited is as follows: FY’23: Nil, FY’24: Euro 38,634.30, FY’25: Euro 1,271,080.12. This acquisition is part of entity rationalization and operational efficiency within the group.
