Persistent Systems Ltd Acquires Starfish Associates LLC for USD 2.45 Million

Persistent Systems Ltd has executed a Business Transfer Agreement for the transfer of the business of its step-down subsidiary, Starfish Associates LLC, as of April 1, 2025. The consideration received is USD 2.45 million. The transaction is a related party transaction at arm's length and does not fall under the purview of the Scheme of Arrangement. Starfish Associates LLC contributed 0.39% to the standalone revenue and 0.40% to the consolidated revenue of Persistent Systems Ltd in the last financial year. This disclosure is in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and the relevant SEBI Circulars.
