Persistent Systems Limited has announced its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, August 3, 2026, at 1600 Hrs. IST. The meeting will take place at their Pune office in a hybrid mode, allowing for both in-person attendance and participation via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The company has initiated the process of sending the AGM Notice and the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 electronically to eligible members. Key agenda items include the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY 2025-26, confirmation of interim dividend and approval of final dividend, and reappointment of directors including Dr. Anand Deshpande, Ms. Avani Davda, Mr. Arvind Goel, and Dr. Ambuj Goyal.
