Bharatam Ventures Board Meeting on Sep 18 to Approve ₹53 Cr Guarantee

Bharatam Ventures Limited (formerly Pet Plastics Limited) has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for September 18, 2026. The primary agenda item is to consider and approve a corporate guarantee of ₹53 Crores. This guarantee will be in favor of Buldana Urban Co-operative Credit Society Limited for term loan facilities availed by Penganga Sakhar Karkhana Private Limited (₹45 Crores) and Balasaheb Eknath Gunjal (₹8 Crores). Penganga Sakhar Karkhana Private Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bharatam Ventures Limited. The meeting will also address other necessary business items.
