Pfizer Ltd has announced its 75th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on July 28, 2026, via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The company will submit its Annual Report for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026, and the AGM Notice will be sent electronically to members. The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 75/- per equity share, subject to member approval at the AGM. The dividend, if approved, will be paid on or after August 4, 2026.
