PG Foils Ltd Closes Trading Window for Audited Financial Results

PG Foils Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and specified connected persons. This closure is for the purpose of declaring the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending on March 31, 2026. The trading window will be closed from April 1, 2026, till the end of 48 hours after the date of declaration of the financial results. The date of the board meeting for the declaration of the financial results will be intimated separately.
