PH Capital Ltd Renamed AHB Capital Limited

PH Capital Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved a change in the company's name from P H Capital Limited to AHB Capital Limited. This change is subject to shareholder and Registrar of Companies approval. The Board also approved unaudited financial results for Q1 FY27, appointed Mr. Nagendraa Parakh as Chairman, re-appointed internal auditors, appointed new secretarial auditors, regularized/appointed directors, increased authorized share capital, and approved a 10:1 bonus share issue. The company has received approval from BSE and the Registrar of Companies for the name availability.
