PH Capital: Open Offer Completed, New Promoters Appointed

PH Capital Ltd announced the successful completion of an open offer made by Mr. Aditya Himmat Bhansali, who will now be classified as the Promoter. Consequently, a list of existing promoters are seeking re-classification. The Board of Directors also approved the appointment of Mr. Aditya Himmat Bhansali as CFO and Additional Whole-time Director, Ms. Disha Singhvi as Additional Executive Director, Mr. Nagendraa Parakh as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, and Mr. Rahul Sharma as CEO. Mr. Umesh Madanlal Prajapati will serve as Compliance Officer for the broking division.
