Vega Jewellers Limited Increases Share in Vega Jewellers J Hills LLP to 60.98%

Vega Jewellers Limited, previously known as PH Trading Limited, has announced an increase in its share as a Designated Partner in Vega Jewellers J Hills Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). The company has entered into an agreement to increase its share from 50.99% to 60.98%. This change is reflected in a revised investment amount of Rs. 6,09,80,000, which corresponds to the new ownership percentage.
