Phaarmasia Ltd Closes Trading Window for Quarter and Financial Year Ended 31st March 2026

Phaarmasia Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2026. This closure is in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the same period. This restriction applies to all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and all connected persons covered under the Company’s Code of Conduct.
