Phaarmasia Ltd. to Sell Land and Building for Optimizing Asset Portfolio and Raising Funds

Phaarmasia Ltd. has announced its intention to sell a land and building owned by the Company situated at Plot Nos. 16A and 16B, Phase Ill, IDA Jeedimetla, Hyderabad, Telangana, 500055, India. The proposed sale is intended to optimize the Company’s asset portfolio and raise funds for business requirements. The Company approved the said transaction at their Board meeting held on 10th September, 2025, subject to requisite Shareholders and regulatory approvals. The expected date of completion of sell/disposal is on or before 31st December, 2025. The cash consideration will not be less than Rs. 25 crores subject to market value certification to be obtained from registered valuer report and applicable taxes, stamp duty, registration fees, conversion charges and such other charges wherever applicable, to be received as per the terms of the agreement.
