HBG Hotels Ltd Board Approves Un-Audited Financial Results

HBG Hotels Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 14, 2026, approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also approved the 33rd Annual General Meeting to be held on September 29, 2026, via VC/OAVM. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Book will be closed from September 23 to September 29, 2026, for the AGM. Key management changes were also approved, including the recommendation for Dr. Prafulla Rajaram Hede as Non-Executive Chairman and Director, and the appointment of Mrs. Varsha Ajay Usgaonkar Sharma as Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent Director). Various board committees have been reconstituted.
