Photon Capital Advisors Appoints 5 Directors, 1 CS; 5 Directors Resign

Photon Capital Advisors Ltd announced significant changes to its board and management. The company appointed five new directors: Mr. Sreeram Reddy Vanga as Chairman & Managing Director, Mr. Venkatareddy Marella and Ms. Arpitha Mettu as Non-Executive Independent Directors, and Mr. Venkata Rao Nagakanaka Dhanyamraju and Mrs. Lalitha Palle as Non-Executive Directors. Mr. Ankit Singh was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. All appointments are effective June 25, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Concurrently, five directors, including Mrs. Sobharani Nandury (Whole-time Director), resigned from their positions effective the same date. The company also reconstituted its Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees. Additionally, M/s. M. Anandam & Co. resigned as Statutory Auditors, and M/s. SNDJ & Co. has been appointed to fill the casual vacancy.
