Photoquip: Board re-appoints WTD, appoints new Independent Director

Photoquip (India) Limited's Board of Directors met on May 28, 2026, approving several key changes. Mr. Dhaval J. Soni was re-appointed as Whole-Time Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Umang Pradip Gala was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for five years, also pending shareholder approval. The Board also regularized Ms. Chaitali Oza as a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director. Additionally, M/s. HRU & Associates' resignation as Secretarial Auditors was noted, and M/s. Jay Bhatt & Associates were appointed as new Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term. The Board approved the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) notice, Director's Report, and Secretarial Audit Report for FY 2025-26, and reconstituted various Board Committees. Ms. Parvin Jahabux Dumasia's second term as Independent Director will conclude at the upcoming AGM.
