Photoquip India: Promoter Vimal Jayant Soni Acquires 13.75% Stake

Vimal Jayant Soni, Promoter of Photoquip India Limited, has acquired 824,820 equity shares, representing 13.75% of the company's total share capital. This acquisition was made through transmission following the demise of Late Ms. Tara Jayant Soni. Post-acquisition, Vimal Jayant Soni's shareholding increased from 7.40% to 21.15%. The acquisition is exempt from open offer obligations as it was by way of transmission/succession/inheritance. The total promoter and promoter group shareholding remains unchanged.
