Rajasthan Global Securities Sells 5.90% Stake in Phychem Technologies

Rajasthan Global Securities Private Limited, along with its Persons Acting in Concert (PAC), has disclosed a disposal of 6,04,000 equity shares, representing 5.90% of the total share capital, in Phychem Technologies Limited. The transaction was executed through the open market. Prior to this disposal, Rajasthan Global Securities held 4.08% of the voting rights and had encumbrances on 1.82% of the shares. Following the sale, their holding has reduced to zero. The total equity share capital of Phychem Technologies remains 1,02,40,000 equity shares of ₹10 each.
