Physicswallah Acquires 77.27% Stake in Xylem Learning, Revises Acquisition Terms

Physicswallah Limited has informed the exchange regarding the acquisition of a 77.27% stake in Xylem Learning Private Limited. The company has executed a third amendment to the Shareholders’ Agreement (SHA) for the acquisition of an additional 930 equity shares, resulting in an increase in the Company’s shareholding in Xylem from 64.98% to 77.27%. The acquisition is in line with the strategic objectives of the Company and is expected to be completed by FY 2029-2030. Xylem Learning Private Limited was incorporated on December 4, 2020, and is engaged in preparing students for entrance, government, and other competitive examinations through online and offline modes.
