Phyto Chem India Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/09/2025. The meeting will be held at the Registered office of the Company at Survey No. 628, Temple Street, Bonthapally — 502313, Gummadidala Mandal, Sangareddy District, Telangana to review the business and performance of the Company in general. This is in compliance with the Exchange Board of India (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
