PI Industries Completes Acquisition of Plant Health Care Plc - Becomes Wholly Owned Subsidiary

PI Industries Ltd has completed the acquisition of Plant Health Care Plc, a UK incorporated company traded on AIM, by its wholly owned subsidiary PI Industries Management Consultancies L.L.C. The acquisition was carried out through a court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement under English law. The transaction was approved by the Companies Court (Chancery Division) on August 15, 2024, and took effect from August 20, 2024. Post-acquisition, Plant Health Care Plc has become a wholly owned subsidiary of PI Industries Management Consultancies L.L.C. and a step-down subsidiary of PI Industries Ltd.
