PI Industries: Rajnish Sarna Resigns as Joint MD

PI Industries Ltd. announced key board decisions on May 19, 2026. Mr. Rajnish Sarna resigned as Joint Managing Director but will continue as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director. Ms. Lisa J Brown was designated as the Lead Independent Director. Mr. Arvind Singhal will retire at the upcoming AGM. Dr. Marco Busch is designated as Senior Management Personnel. The board also recommended a final dividend of ₹70 per share and approved the re-appointment of cost auditors and several directors, subject to member approval at the AGM.
