Picturehouse Media Appoints New MD, Regularizes Independent Director

Picturehouse Media Ltd announced key management changes following its 27th Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026. Ms. P. J. Bhavani has been appointed as the Managing Director, transitioning from her previous role as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director. Concurrently, Mr. Dileep Badey's appointment as an Additional Director has been regularized, and he is now appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director. Both appointments are effective from the AGM date until the conclusion of the AGM in 2031. Mr. Badey brings over 15 years of experience in engineering and project management, while Ms. Bhavani has over ten years of experience in auditing, project management, and finance within the real estate sector.
