Pidilite Industries Appoints Amit Agarwal as CFO Designate

Pidilite Industries Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Amit Agarwal as Chief Financial Officer – Designate (CFO Designate) and as Senior Management Personnel. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors via a Circular Resolution on 9th October 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Agarwal brings over 22 years of extensive experience in finance functions, including accounting, reporting, audit, and control. He has previously held positions at prominent companies such as Pfizer Limited, Hindustan Unilever Limited, and Vedanta Resources Limited. His qualifications include being a Chartered Accountant, a Cost Accountant, and a Company Secretary.
