Pine Labs Ltd has announced that its Twenty Eighth Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 12:00 PM IST. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conference/Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM) in compliance with MCA and SEBI circulars. The Annual Report for FY 2025-26 and the AGM notice will be sent electronically to members with registered email addresses. For members without registered emails, a letter with a website link to the Integrated Annual Report will be dispatched. The report and notice will also be available on the company's website, KFintech's website, and stock exchange websites.
