Piotex Industries Clarifies No Delay in Disclosing Material Event to Exchange

Piotex Industries Ltd has clarified that there was no delay or inadvertent lapse on their part in making disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company promptly intimated the Exchange on the same day they received the Demand Order from the Income Tax Department, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, which was on 17th December, 2025. The Demand Order was issued by the Department on 02nd December, 2025, but was received by the Company on 17th December, 2025.
