Piotex Industries Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Designated Persons

Piotex Industries Ltd, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, has announced the closure of the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will be in effect from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited Financial Results of the Company for the half year and year ended on 31st March, 2026. The date of the board meeting to approve the audited Financial Results has not been announced yet. Designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from entering or dealing in any transaction involving sale or purchase of shares of the company during the closure of the trading window.
